Harmony Balance is a synergistic blend of herbs traditionally used in Chinese Medicine, which was formulated to support women s unbalanced hormones, and offer relief from the symptoms of Pre Menstrual Syndrome (PMS), abdominal cramps and period pain. It is a combination of 4 herbs, Vitamins D3 and B6, with scientific support on the primary herb Vitex agnus-castus. Women may face symptoms related to hormone health issues at any stage of their menstrual years. This can occur naturally or as the result of changes in medications, stress, or environmental factors.

Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol) 3.75µg
Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg
Naturally derived non-medicinal ingredients:
calcium hydrogen phosphate, cellulose - microcrystalline, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, silica colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate, chlorophyllin - copper complex, carnauba wax (tablet coating - proprietary ingredient) PI 4029.
Dosage
Adults starting dose:
2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2-3 months.
Maintenance dose:
1-2 tablets per day. Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
