Dosage Take 1 - 2 capsules with a glass of warm water 1 - 2 hours prior to any sexual stimulation.

Cautions: If you are pregnant, have hypermenorrhoea/ profuse menstrual flow/ heavy periods, diarrhoea or haemorrhagic diseases, do not use this product. If you have allergy/ hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/ Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), do not use this product. Hypersensitivity/allergy, insomnia, anxiety, or headaches has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Diuretic effect may occur. If you experience symptoms such as dizziness, lack of energy and/or heart palpitations, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking birth control pills or taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT). If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression and/or taking antidepressant medications. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have family history of cancer, if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, if you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants or digoxin. Do not use if you are breastfeeding. Do not use if you experience digestive problems, such as indigestion, poor appetite, diarrhea, fullness in the abdomen or abdominal pain.
